About Book
Divided & Enhanced 2124 is a Scifi Detective saga that takes place in a future where mankind and Artificial Intelligence coexist, some in peace and some in war. Julian is a man who takes the matters in his own hands and plays his own role during the war. He tends to find civilians who have been captured and witnessed the ruthlessness of the AI agents. Along his journey, he meets many capable heroes who join his quest.
About Author
G. Unger is a devoted family man who writes stories, bringing joy to readers and fantasy enthusiasts. His intentions are reflected in his stories, where he entertains people with entertaining stories and gentle characters, just like himself. We had the pleasure to work on multiple projects for his books in the genre of fantasy and Sci-fi.
Concept & Character Arts
The clients provided slight information about the story so that we could understand the world he was creating. As he provided details for each character, he had a certain idea to feature specific main characters on the book cover. It was our job to discover the arts and design of each character and provide concept arts.
Book Title Design
The book title was an objective that we had to achieve perfectly. The title itself should suggest the era and the theme of the story. We initially wanted to make sure the font looks bold and suggest the modern feel.
Since the title was rather long, we used red as the dominant color, making sure the book title stood out. We added certain blue lights, and glitch effects to add more soul into the title. We certainly wanted to create an interesting Title with colors that attract eyes and suggest the spirit and colorful ideas inside the book.
Book Cover Design
As the concept arts were accepted, we aimed to provide the concept and composition of the characters in the book, considering the placement of the book title. We understood some conflicts and ideas in the book may seem dark initially and might suggest plots such as Terminator. However, M. G. Unger presented the story so simple, bright, and colorful that most people like to read and explore. Therefore colors played a strong role in our design. We wanted to show even in the most challenging moments in the story, there’s beauty and hope. So we made sure we include bright lights where they’re needed.
Promotional Arts
As part of our author’s package, we deliver necessary promotional content for the Author. We provided posters, bookmarks for marketing purposes.
Book Trailer / Motion Graphics
We also created the motion graphics for a book teaser to promote the book and to create the hype for the readers. The colors provide the mood and theme of the book.
Music Production
Our lead composer made the theme for the book which is used here in the teaser as in other visual and video content for the book. The music is composed of digital instruments and synth sounds creating inspiring music with a soothing touch of delicacy, in order to create a sense of peace as well. The digital sounds are set the mood for a sci-fi saga that ends beautifully.
